How does the heating work?
We've integrated graphene pods into the stitching of the garment. The pods connect to a power bank, the same type you'd use to charge your phone. You can choose from three different levels of heat
How long does the battery last?
About 7-8 hours with a 20,000mah battery & half that with a 10,000mah powerbank
How long does it take to charge the battery pack?
Between 1 and 2 hours
Can the neck area get itchy or tight?
No way. It feels great. Sincerely, it's one of the features we worked on most. It traps heat inside the jumper without hugging the neck. We promise you won't even notice it
Is the Jumper Unisex
Yes. We've engineered the jumper to fit anyone & everyone.
Is the Jumper safe?
It's incredibly safe. The pods are made from non-flammable materials and have been factory tested to meet all UK and EU safety requirements
If I don't like it can I return it?
You have a 30-day money-back guarantee as long as the jumper is not damaged or dirty.
What if the jumper doesn't work?
You have a 1-year warranty. In the unlikely event, your jumper stops working, we'll replace it.
Is the Heated Jumper washable?
It is! It is 100% machine washable, but we do reccomend you let it air dry.
